Putting Golovkin's name in the same sentence with Mayweather is an insult to boxing

Not 1 punch ko guys, multi skilled fighters with either great speed, great defense, or a great jab. Its gonna take between 12-15 rds to beat floyd.

off topic, but IMO zab is thebiggest watse of talent ever, if he had a work ethic he'd have beaten floyd, kosta and everyone else.
Exactly. Look at the Mosley fight; it took speed to land that first right hand in the second round with a decoy jab to the body. Mayweather just happened to get clipped by the wild overhand right when he tried to trade.

The Corley fight, it was another overhand hook, a blind punch landing. Judah was the most definitive example that we have of a possible blueprint, but he could only do it for a third of the fight because Mayweather was able to make adjustments and take air out of the tires going to the body.

Cotto even rocked Mayweather at the start of the sixth, around 2:44 with a weird lunging hook, Mayweather just hid it well. But yeah, I was in the other thread duscussing that and those were two guys I also thought could beat Mayweather. You're absolutely right, though.... it'll take 12-15 rounds and possibly a CJ Ross sprinkled in. Him and Bhop feast on power punchers because it's checkers with them. These idiots can't connect, get frustrated, dislike being hit, and agree to be dragged to the finish line.

GGG would love a fight with Mayweather but will do anything to avoid Ward. Stans will come to the realization.

Definitely agree with you on Zab, btw. Super talented, just couldn't get it together psychologically. I'll always support Zab, though, no matter what.

I think his shot placement has proven he's at least a decent boxer. The body shot against Macklin was beautiful (in a brutal way). He also knows how set up his punches behind the jab. I don't think Golovkin could ever be the defensive master Floyd or Rigondeaux is (it's not like his defense is terrible though), but his offensive attack just may be the best.

Rosado really isn't naturally smaller or if he is it isn't by much:

Shall we also post the first round where Zab judah owned Floyd or where Canelo also did a good job boxing with Floyd?

1 round and you think you have a fighter figured out... LOL.
Judah and GGG are completely different fighters, as is Canelo.

He would have never beat Floyd even with a work ethic.

Well it's too bad the middleweight div sucks right now.
            GGG has nobody to fight.

Lou D will not put Martinez in the ring with GGG.

If he was working in the gym instead of going to lil kim video shoots he'd perfect his defense and limit the times he got hit.

I agree 100% with this. But there aren't really any of those from 147-154 that will be ready within 2 years.

i personally don't care too much for a martinez bout........sergios surgery (& him basically losing his last fight) turned me off from the fight.

I agree on his shot placement.... but can he do that moving backwards? Can he be as accurate and devastating slipping and rolling under punches? Can he stay in the pocket or stand toe-to-toe with a naturally bigger fighter that can take his punch so he can show-off his in-fighting ability? We don't know because he keeps fighting JMW's and borderline contenders at '60 that he repeatedly walks down and beats up. I posted in another thread, because he's so grossly overmatched, why not carry his opponent a few rounds and show his ability to box and lure them in so he can counter. Utilize the ring a little give the audience a glimpse of how good his footwork is moving backward and laterally?

Right, but Rosado was campaigning at JMW going into the GGG bout. He passed up an opportunity at K9's title in hopes of "shocking the world" going up to GGG's neighborhood, instead.

GGG weighed less than Canelo did vs Trout on fight night

Canelo is practically the same size, ROFL.

Canelo is ok but GGG is too big? Biggest bull**** ever.
How can you even utter this mess when your boy is 31 and hasn't fought one fighter capable of beating him. Your boy has no resume at age 31, lmao. He is a ko waiting to happen.
