Putting Golovkin's name in the same sentence with Mayweather is an insult to boxing

I'd also like to reiterate that Canelo weighed more on fight night against Trout than GGG did against Macklin.

He offered fights to super middleweight contenders Oosthuizen and Rodriguez but either HBO turned it down or the fighters turned it down. You haven't done your homework on GGG and you dare speak on his resume.

Its not offensive, but its disingenuous. GGG is a HBO fighter at MW, floyd, when ggg raised the notion of fighting him, was a showtime fighter at ww. We get it, ggg wants the money a floyd fight brings and HBO knows the press will eat up a call out for floyd. It also makes people not focus on a ward ggg fight which is much easier to make, but clearly threatens the push HBO is givng GGG. It also reduces HBO marquee roster by 1.
No one is acting like he can't be challenged. Most posters are just asking people to validate their call for GGG v floyd. It would be refreshing if a poster was just honest and said I want to see floyd get KTFO, GGG is the closest to ww who has shown immense power, I think he likely KO's floyd, so I want them to fight.
WHy is that so hard to admit?
Maybe GGG would KO Floyd, but I can't say that's why I want it per se (the threat of his power certainly comes into it though). I'm simply of the opinion that he poses the biggest challenge to Floyd that is a somewhat realistic possibility given that he just fought a guy who is roughly the same size in terms of weight. It probably won't happen, but I still think it would be an interesting fight. I also understand why Floyd wouldn't take it. It's not as if it would diminish Floyd's previous accomplishments in anyway.
