Calorie and protein intake is based on your metabolism and effective body mass. Not one person can generalize about this subject, that's why actors and professional athletes hire nutricionists to figure it out for them. Calculating your calorie intake is very hard to do since I'm not a professional and I don't know how much you exercise, eat, weigh or how tall you are. Your protein intake is actually very easy to figure out, you should consume about as much proteins in grams as you weigh in lbs. So if you're 172 lbs, you should consume 172 grams of proteins daily.

A good diet for boxers? I'm not going to tell you anything new here: whole foods, green vegetables and broiled or baked fish and meat. This is easier said than done however. I personally never have trouble staying lean so I don't feel compelled to diet. I have tried it when I gained weight though, but hard work seems to compensate for me and all my friends who exercise at least 3 times a week. I don't work out very long (1-2 hours), but my workouts pack about alot of exercises with high reps. I'm 5'11", weigh about 152 with 6% body fat. Many people think I'm around 175 though, because I build muscle pretty fast. I only supplement with a daily protein shake, zinc and omega 3 and I drink plenty of water. I basically eat what I want that includes pizzas and fried foods and I drink alcohol at least 2 times a week. That being said I do gain weight when not exercising even though it's not a lot it is noticable to me so I definitely wouldn't recommend my eating and drinking habits to other people.

But don't trust my advise, go see for yourself I really don't care if you find me knowledgable or not, you're not the only one reading it are you?

This diet should not be used for boxing but to get some fat of for a while rofl its one of them things were you got to stick at it rearly because fat can always come back so dont be surprised doing this then start eating unhealthy then getting all the fat back on lol.
Only in my opinion i dont think it should be used by boxing because its very artificial and if your training alot then you wont have as much energy at all.

How much of that weight came back in the 2 weeks or so after you went off the diet?

he fat stayed off... as soon as you start eating bad aagin..it will come back... after you get off the diet, you need to stick with a clean diet... but thats common sense...

guys this is not an ideal diet to be on while really training for boxing... actually lifting is the best during the 28 days, to keep your muscle and strip your fat... you will not have the energy to train cardiovascularlly on this diet

but like i said... this is a fast working diet... 28 days, and your done... this isnt a diet yuo stay on... ONE MONTH... thats it... then you slowly ween back off of it.. going from 2 - 3 shake a day, and a solid meal, then just solid foods...

this is basically GET IN SHAPE FOR SUMMER NOW kind of diet

follow the article that i linked to in the very first post

Im going to be a saboteur

you said it yourself, get ripped (not necessarily in shape) for summer. I am trying to stay objective but it IS true that highly processed foods really **** **** up internally. And supplements ARE the most processed 'food' you can find. And it is obviously a way to make money because of the timing...everyone is trying to lose weight for summer also because you have to use a million and 1 supplements. You could do the same radical changes with the right information such as how much protein, carbs, fat, vitamins and calories you end up eating with this diet, of course youd have to know exactly all that stuff about the foods your eating to simulate it but itd be healthier.

BUT if you have the cash to throw around and really want to lose the weight then go for it I guess. But think of this, it this: it takes 1 month right? and your gonna live for probably 500 more months right? why not do it healthily and take 3 months to do it. Youll still look good for 497 months instead of 499.

Thats fine.. just please dont suggest that i somehow work for the company and am trying to promote it.. ive been on this forum over a year, and neevr once mentioned it... i pay full price for everything... ill be spending 350 tomorrow on all this crap....

in no way shape or form, do i get any kind of anything from telling you guys this... as a matter of fact t-mag.com does not even know me... ive simply come across this diet on their website... tried it for 10 days and holy **** did it work, so this time im going for 28 days....

you can say whatever you want... the diet works... it is healthy... if you read through the first link... theres a LOT MORE to it then what i have described, as i myself am not even an expert on this actual diet... just relaying information that i have read...
