    i did the diet for 10 days... i felt great... i was full the whole time, i leaned out majorly, so it doesnt really matter what your "opinion" is.. ive already done it

    Just giving another point of view. If u want we can both post a picture of our upper body's and you can decide who knows more about dieting , building muscle and maintaining muscle.

      well the whole reason im GOING on the diet is because i dont look how i want to look? and that doesnt prove anything... AT ALL... you can be born with great genetics.. i know guys who are ripped beyond belief who havent done a pushup a day in their life...

      point is... you didnt read the article... you dont know everything included in the diet... so you ARE ill-informed

        I didn't read the article cause you have to be ****** to think eating 1 solid meal a week is healthy, it is very bad for your digestive system. And there are 20 different amino accids and you have to take them all if you want to gain our maintain your muscle. even if that protein powder contains all 20 of them , your body will reject it and you will just piss it away. You have to take the different amino accids on different days thats why a you need to eat different sources of protein and not 5 times a day the same protein powder. But if you believe that diet is good , it's your choice like i said im just giving another point of view.

          look at the results in the first post of that guy... i dont care, if i can go from that to that in 28 days... then so be it

              It says don't do any strenuous exercise whislt on it.

              I'd be ****ed,i train 5 days a week and run 15 miles a week.

                its mostly a muscle training diet... you lift weight to maintain your LBM

                this is also why its only a 28 day diet.. its not something you stay on

                the plan is to rip the fat off in one month... get major results FAST... and from their go back to your regular diet and exercise... only a lot leaner

                  It says you need 11 bottles of low-carb Metabolic Drive at 32 dollars a bottle that is quite expensive. Looks like this diet cost alot . If i had the money i might try it, im trying to drop 10 pounds maybe i could do it for a few days only.

                      Oh yeah one more thing before i go to sleep. How do you know for sure that that guy followed this diet and actually lost all that weight in 28 day. You shouldn't believe everything you read especially when they try to sale you a product. Either you are dumb and very naive or you are getting paid to advertise for this product. Oh yeah and i don't actually believe you have followed this diet for 10 days or else you would have started a tread 10 days ago saying you where trying a new diet. I hate it when people try to make money of desperate overweight people. If anyone wants to lose weight just ask and i post a good healthy diet where you don't need to buy a magical expensive product.
