          Uhh my video has has recent clips of how i look within the last 2 weeks...

          i'll jump on ma scale when i get home and tell you my body weight/ Body Fat % and bone mass weight/ muscle mass weight.



          Umm I'll post it here i guess... at like 3:30... thanx man for the help.

            Im thinken about starting this diet. Are you taking the same protein powders and supplements that he mentions in all his posts?

              i am... metabolic drive protein powder... you wont make it all 28 days with anything else... you really wont.. this protein is awesome, it has everything in it you need, tastes really good, and fills you up

                wouldn't get into this diet, they are just trying to make money. Just count your callories and you will be okey . I los't like 5 kilos in 2 weeks with eating 4 meals a day and 1 protein shake.

                  lol uh no... a LOT of people have done it and its the fastest most extreme results you will see in 28 days... and it IS healthy... you get all your nutrients...

                  i made it 10 days last time...i leaned out SERIOUSLY

                    Protein powders are called supplements for a reason, you take them with a good balanced diet.
                    No way you can convince me that eating one real food a week is healthy.
                    And yes they are triyng to make money cause they say the only way this diet can work is when you use their special magical protein powder.

                      thats because the metabolic protein has the necessary CARBS, PROTEINS, and FATS all in it... thats WHY you need to get theirs and not buy the 50 tub at GNC

                      if you actually read the article then you would understand everything this diet includes is completely healthy and gives you everything your body needs...

                      but you didnt read it.. so theres no point in arguing with someone who is ill-informed

                      i did the diet for 10 days... i felt great... i was full the whole time, i leaned out majorly, so it doesnt really matter what your "opinion" is.. ive already done it
