Uhh my video has has recent clips of how i look within the last 2 weeks...
i'll jump on ma scale when i get home and tell you my body weight/ Body Fat % and bone mass weight/ muscle mass weight.

lol uh no... a LOT of people have done it and its the fastest most extreme results you will see in 28 days... and it IS healthy... you get all your nutrients...

No way you can convince me that eating one real food a week is healthy.
And yes they are triyng to make money cause they say the only way this diet can work is when you use their special magical protein powder.

if you actually read the article then you would understand everything this diet includes is completely healthy and gives you everything your body needs...
but you didnt read it.. so theres no point in arguing with someone who is ill-informed
i did the diet for 10 days... i felt great... i was full the whole time, i leaned out majorly, so it doesnt really matter what your "opinion" is.. ive already done it
