        28 Days

        5 Protein shakes a day

        ONE solid meal per week

He adds a bunch of other nutrients and things... the diet isnt easy at all... I made it 10 days before... i went from 188 to 174 in 10 days... now... a lot of it was water weight, but i looked considerably leaner and tighter after only 10 days....

I am doing this diet for the entire month of may.. i will succeed this time, check it out guys... its a get lean FAST diet, and it SERIOUSLY works.
Sounds ****ing painful. I might give it a go though.

        When you starting it??

If you had taken time to read the full article and read about the transition period and what you will be eating when you go back to solid meals then you would know that isn't true.
