I mean, Monzon below Oscar? Now that is blasphemy.
Now that is actually agreeable in my opinion. DLH being considered as non-comparable to the great PBF is not.

So some people think DLH is as high as no50? Well Floyd should be around there as well then.
if you really consider hoya being robbed in the tito fight, along with the shane rematch, there really is quite a margin between hoya and floyd's resume ,which favors oscar..the only thing that kinda evens it out is floyd's undefeated record, that is it....

And, you can easily turn it around and say that he lost to Whitaker, Quartey, and Sturm.

Because, you're basically saying losses to great fighters outweigh actual wins. Which is ridiculous.

He actually doesn't have a losing record but doesn't have a winning record either.

And please read more carefully, I didn't refer to PBF being a home***ual. That was intended to be oscar (with his whole fishnet fiasco and all).

Do you presume to be an expert on boxing history? From where I'm standing you seem to think that you do. You may not see it, but from the perspective of a person looking from the outside you do. At least that's my opinion, take with a grain of salt.
Whether I am or not, is irrelevant. I just know enough to know that Oscar is not closer to top 50 than top 100...

And, going by performance yes Whitaker had slipped tremendously and still made a prime Oscar look foolish and arguably beat him.

JCC was past his prime, it had been years since he had a good win and didn't have a good win afterwards either. He was past prime. And, that would happen when you're in your 30's a pro for 16 years and close to 100 pro fights.

Puga are you really F'ing serious?
          Oh, He's serious.

As tremendously absurd his statments get, believe he is serious.

          It's slightly worrying, actually.

"Chavez and Whitaker better than Floyds whole resume! Yay!!!"

            ,

so ridiculous. Oscar best clear victory over against a true prime top fighter. Is against Rafael Ruelas.

Yet this mofo is closer to the top 50 than top 100?

I swear this fraud fooled a lot of noobs, who just go to boxrec look for familiar names. And, think this mofo is great.

I'm just wondering, what's behind his dumbass statement...Is it lack of boxing knowledge? Or just pure hatred for Floyd?

Obviously you didn't watch these during this time or probably just didn't watch boxing period.

Both. I genuinely believe it's both.

I mean, they say things like Cotto has a better resume than Floyd etc which is obviously blind hate.

But then on the flipside they say 'Floyd is around Top 50 ATG' as if it's a diss. When really that is an amazing accomplishment and incredibley reasonable for Floyd

lol Mayweather was in the Top 50 long before many of you started following boxing believe it or not, his 130-135 career ALONE puts him in the TOP 50 ALL TIME IMO

lol at "Oscar De La Hoya" the Guy that LOST EVERY BIG MATCH HE WAS EVER IN and even some of the ones he won was controversial...I give him for credit for what he done as far as being one of the biggest Draws in Boxing History but as far as Skills and Production in the Ring...NO WAY I PUT HIM OVER MAYWEATHER All Time, but hey some people don't like Mayweather so they will try to find anybody to put over him lol
