Fury played that game. The one that lots have bought into. The majority finally saw through Fury.

If you expected $10 for a product and I offered to buy 2 - $5 this time and $15 next time then you might accept. If I then said I would only buy one for the agreed $5... well you're not going to accept. That's what happened. It's pretty straight forward.
That is not the correct analogy because the $15 product is not different to the first one. If you want to use the same analogy, here is what it sounds like: I want to sell you two products, $10 each, but he second one is optional and you have two choices.

Option 1: I give you 30% discount, so you pay me $7 for the first product and we are done with the deal. No second product involved.
Option 2: I give you 30% discount on the first product, so you pay $7 for it. For the second, we both have the option to buy/sell it. If I force you to buy, I will offer 50% discount so you pay me $5 but if you force me to sell, then I will only offer a 20% discount so you will have to pay $8.

Amer Abdallah from Skills Challenge Promotions on TalkSport Boxing. He said the fight didn't get made because "the purse for one guy would be more than the whole event would generate."

We know Usyk accepted the money he was offered, so it must have been Fury's purse he was talking about there.

Which was the same rematch clause he got for AJ.
Usyk agreed terms for a rematch with AJ before he had any titles at Heavyweight.

As a 3 belt unified champion, he was never going to accept the same terms from Fury that he got as a mandatory challenger to AJ..

No, he would have got 20% in the rematch if Fury won the first fight. The 50/50 split would only apply if Usyk won fight one.

Usyk has an issue with the rematch clause terms, Fury then offers a solution in getting rid of it, to which Usyk walks away and this is somehow Fury's fault?
The rematch clause wasn't the only issue. Another was Fury refusing to donate anything to Usyk's Ukrainian charity foundation.

They were also told that Fury wasn't training for the fight and they didn't believe he had any intention of going through with it, no matter what they agreed to.

I reckon they must also have known that if the fight didn't happen at Wembley in April, the Saudi's would come back and have another go at it, which would obviously mean more money for everybody.

Ok….but….you are aware that that’s a totally ridiculous position to have, surely?

People’s draw power are measurable…We know that Fury is obviously the A side between himself and Usyk that’s an objective fact.

They agreed to donate the £1 million so that wasn’t an issue.

The last point I agree with but surely Usyk’s team has to hold as much accountability there?

                    Ok….

So why would the rematch clause being scrapped be any kind of issue in that?

It's pretty damning when even the Saudis are calling your demands obscene.
So if that’s the case then why wouldn’t you agree to it?
