Why didn't Usyk agree to the no rematch clause terms?

I know this is late but I had a good back and forth yesterday regarding this topic of the Usyk-Fury breakdown.

Despite general consensus being Fury is the sole reason for the breakdown of this fight I'm of the opinion that Usyk is as much to blame, in the sense I don't believe either were keen on doing this fight in the UK and were more so posturing in the media when they both knew Saudi was is on the cards for a lot more money down the line.

For me, as soon as Usyk went from not accepting 60-40 to then saying he will accept 70-30 as long as Fury donates £1 Million to Ukraine it seemed obvious to me that they're not actually interested in fighting this summer and are trying to one up each other in the media.

The fight eventually broke down due to disagreements with the rematch clause, a clause that was originally put in by team Fury. To my understanding the split was 70-30, with the rematch clause being 50-50 if Fury were to lose. Another poster noted that if Fury were to win the rematch clause request would be 80-20 in Fury's favour which I wasn't aware of. Which team Usyk turned down.

Team Fury then responded by saying let's just scrap the rematch clause altogether to which from that moment Team Usyk decided to "walk away" and the fight was off.

My question is; Why not agree to the no rematch clause term?

    Thoughts?

maybe usyk is not super confident and that means he only gets 30% for his troubles, not so good for a super fight possibly, fury only does rematches if u bring him to court, u know joshua is next or some mental breakdown, usyk thinks i can do better than this and FUUCK fury and his 70% demand, i got the belts and have just beaten AJ twice

You are obsessed with the idea how Usyk ducked Fury.

Why should Usyk deal with Fury and his crazy demends, Usyk will be fine without Fury.

plus apparently usyk had agreed terms with the saudi for the fight in saudi but fury demanded 500mil or enough for the saudi to tell him to go away and get serious, im sure usyk is like wtf is this guy on some type of drugs, he priced himself out of saudi arabia & im sure a big payday for usky which was agreed, then demands 70% and wants rematch clause then takes it out and more crap as well, thats enough drive anyone mad, fury madness

fury is delighted with his outcome, he got stumble bum and now a non boxer lol, usyk missed his saudi payday & has his mando and is looking at fury from the sidelines really, fury may only consider usyk when all his other options are exhausted, usyk only hope is to keep calling fury scared of him, fury doesnt like that i dont think

You're either brain dead or have me mixed up with someone else.

I never said Usyk ducked Fury and don't believe he did.

Since when is scraping a rematch clause a "crazy demand"? Seems reasonable to me considering neither could agree to it.

Is there a source for that because I only ever heard Eddie Hearn say that?

From what I understand, no offer was made from Saudi because they were waiting on certain aspects to conclude that's why it got pushed back and thus had to be moved to the UK if it were to happen in the summer.

I don't think that's enough to drive anyone mad in fact I'd say it's quite straight forward.

Everything was agreed except the rematch clause, surely just not having one at all is the easiest option? I can't understand why that would be a reason to walk away from the table. It suits everyone surely.
