IMO he hasn't done enough and TBH being a big fan of Cotto, I would want him to be in the HOF based off legitimate, excellent, in ring accomplishments.

I wouldn't want him admitted in because some other unworthy fighters got in so we all decide to let Miguel in as well to keep perpetuating this pattern of admitting unworthy fighters into the HOF.
