He has to beat Margs ass and take on winner of JMM/Mayweather. One fight win over Pac wont do it. Plus a rematch would have to happen. Pacquiao isnt going to take a loss and move on.

If Pac gets knocked out by Cotto he won't want a rematch. He will understand he is to small for the top guys at 147.
