He isn't all that close to being an ATG IMO. He's borderline HOF right now, just cause making the HOF in boxing is really easy.

Does Cotto get himself into top 100 atg list if he beats a prime ATG?

He has amazing resume already, but a victory over pac is icing to the cake.

He has to beat Margs ass and take on winner of JMM/Mayweather. One fight win over Pac wont do it. Plus a rematch would have to happen. Pacquiao isnt going to take a loss and move on.
