    Cotto is already a Hall of Famer, will beating Pacquiao catapult him to ATG top 100 ?

    Just something i was wondering about, Pac is already a ATG.

    Does Cotto get himself into top 100 atg list if he beats a prime ATG?

    He has amazing resume already, but a victory over pac is icing to the cake.

    Nah, he's gotta beat Pac, Mayweather, and Mosley again or Margarito. That'll get him on there.

        Why does Cotto need to beat Mosley again? Cotto already beat that ass nothing left to prove there. Mayweather does not count because Mayweather will never fight Cotto.

        Wins over Pacquiao and Margarito rematch will be good enough for top 100. A title at 154 will be the icing on the cake

            he already beat mosley dude, he beat clottey, he knocked out a ton of guys in 140 and beat top welters, the only real welter he hasn't fought is floyd and that's because floyd has wanted it that way.

                  Lineal title at WW in a golden era of WW's. It means something.

                  What do you mean Mayweather doesn't count? Of course Cotto can't make Floyd fight him, but he needs a win like that still.

                  He isn't all that close to being an ATG IMO. He's borderline HOF right now, just cause making the HOF in boxing is really easy.
