Cotto needs to beat Pac and either Mayweather, Mosley (again), or Margarito. Peopl forget how many great fighters there's been in boxing.

I'd say he'd have to beat Pacquiao and Mayweather. People consider both of them top 100 ATG, so if he beats them then he'd have to be in that category. I don't think just Pacquiao will do it. That'll just make him a shoe in for the hall of fame.
