NO..........im a cotto fan......what PAC,PBF, Shane and Oscar have in common is they move multiple weights.....and remain successfull except Oscar who is a choker......if you bring up dominanace in ww...it aint hagleresque or hopkinesque .....beating PAC wont really enhance his legacy instantly...unlike if PAC beating Cotto.......because its PAC's 7th division and Miguels 2nd......is he HOF right now......depends with its current standard....i think chico and gatti might go in the IBHOF because of sentimental reasons....

I know he did, but even though I like Cotto's resume, when you break **** down. He needs at least 2 more great wins and beating Mosley while Mosley is the #1 welterweight and a titlist is great win. He already has Mosley I, he needs to build on that.

If he beats Pacquiao, Floyd, and Margarito, it would make him top 50, but if he just beats Pac and retires or loses his next fight. Would he still be top 100?
