Pac weighed in at 138 last time against Hatton....catchweight is at 145..Pac is moving up 7 lbs.
Cotto weighed in at 146 against Clottey... catchweight is at 145 ..Cotto is moving down errrrrr ONE ****IN POUND!!! Get real.

those are all valid points and true but im just saying (like i did to in the post above) that IMO a title fight shouldnt be at a catch weight it should be at the weight classes weight limit and there is no reason why cotto cant do it because he obviously is doing just that i was just sayin i think that catch weight fights are dumb

Well the sactioning fees. If he vacates he don't have to pay for it. Carlos Baldomir didn't get one of the belts when he beat Judah cause he didn't pay the sactioning fees.

Just read a report that Pac almost pulled out of the fight cause Cotto wouldn't put the title on the line. Arum denied that and that Cotto is putting the title on the line. It also stipulates that the Pac team is still looking for a viable opponent.

The WBO is a frigging joke. They catered to these guys like Hamed and Calzaghe for fighting weak opposition. And when Cotto wants a little bit of lead way, they screw him over like that. That sucks for him. But these fighters and promoters set themselves up like that by using these organizations to their advantage when it's conveniant. Cotto should have had to fight Paul Williams to get the strap instead of Michael Jennings. And Arum wanted Cotto to get that belt so he it would restore some of his leverage after that beating he took from Margarito. And now it is back firing on Cotto.
