    Day 13 - Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs...

    Pure cardio is an animal with the no rest throughout... It's a great workout by itself then for the first time I had to do Cardio Abs right after it... Cardio abs focuses on the entire abs and obliques without doing regular crunches... I would suggest the program to anyone willing to kick their own butt...

              Day 15 - Fit Test...

              Just like day 1 when we tested to see where we were... After two weeks I have had gains in every exercise... I proud of the results so far... I will post the numbers later when they are in front of me...

                Day 16 - Plyometric Cardio Circuit...

                It was extremely tough this morning... Almost felt like day 1 again... I absolutely hate some of the exercises in this program but I love the punching drills at the end of the plyo tape...
