      Good luck but I don't see why people buy into that ****. Eat right, count your calories and go running every morning and youll be in good shape. Sounds easy right? Well it's hard to stick to and after a few weeks most people fall off and get lazy.

        Somebody else told me about it so I downloaded and decided I'm gonna try it... Running and a regular routine gets boring to me... I need something to follow for now...

                  Day 1 - Fit Test... Started @ 200.6 lbs.

                  Tough work but, not too bad... Just a guage to see where I'm at and I'm way out of shape...
