i've done it/ am doing it.

i wouldn't use it as my sole workout routine because it just put too much stress on your Central nervous system and joints (esp my knees)

my problem with it is that it's not truly "max interval" like it claims. because if you were truly doing max intervals, you'd be tired after 15 min or so. but the workout is about 40-60 min long. if you've done tabata sprints you know that you tire after 8 intervals or so. you would also know you can't/shouldnt be doing it everyday.

it's a good cardio workout though. i do it about 2-3 times/week and added it to my routine. i also lift weights, train for boxing (fitness, not comptetitive).

dont just stick with 1 thing. you've got to mix and match to find what's right for you.

I want to complete this program before I get into anything else... And it is max interval if you push yourself... If your only going half speed the whole time of course it's not "max"...

            Day 5 - Pure Cardio...

Tough workout once again... A buddy of mine that is a week ahead of me in the program said this one was the worst... It is what it says it is; pure cardio... You warm up, stretch and then there are no breaks until the end (I'd love to see someone finish with no breaks)... It's rough...

Day 6 - Plyometric Cardio Circuit...

Back to this workout... And it was just as hard as the first time... Plyo might be the worst one for me... This also might be my favorite due to the difficult basketball, football and even boxing type drills...

I understand that u wanna finish. I'm not telling u not to. But I'm saying that anything at max speed will tax you after 15 min or so. The workouts are almost 1hr. So all of it isn't "max interval" only a portion is. Just be careful with your knees cause all the plyo work can do harm. I believe elite athletes only do plyo 3-4 times/ week. Good luck with ur journey!

Oh I hate how repetitive it gets, where u have to do the workouts twice in the same week. Which is why I only do each once /week
