    Day 9 - Pure Cardio...

    I can't decide which one is the hardest... The no break in this one makes it very difficult... I love the hooks and jump rope exercise in this one...

      Day 10 - Plyometric Cardio Circuit...

      I FINALLY DID THE WARM UP WITH STOPPING!!! I sound like a puss but the warm up is so much more than a warm up... It's getting kinda repetitive with the same tapes but, at least they are mixed up... Looking forward to the day of stretching tomorrow...

        How are you feeling throughout the day? You noticing any mood changes? Any increased sense of relaxation, are you sleeping better? Basically, how is the one hour of complete kickass making your body feel as a whole, not just burning calories?

        I ask because instead of 2 and a half hours of medium intensity, one hour of high intensity would be beneficial I know, but if I feel like a skunks ******** then Im willing to put in the extra time.

          First week is tough... Muscles were really tight until the stretch day... Since then I have felt great... Sleep much better and overall it makes me feel better... I suggest doing it in the morning...

                    Day 12 - Cardio Power & Resistance...

                    OMG! This program is kicking my butt... I didn't feel like finishing... And definitely not looking forward to tomorrow... I really can't decide which workout is the worst cuz they all are crucial... Good luck to anyone else that's trying this... You'll need it...
