      Max Interval Circuit is tough and will make any grown man call for mercy… I'll post the workout on this one but this will be the only one cuz I'm sure it will be time consuming… Green K and points appreciated… If you need any info on the specific exercises just let me know...
      WARM UP
      Light level
      Jog - 30 seconds
      Jumping Jacks Arms Up - 30 seconds
      Jump Rope S/S - 30 seconds
      123 - 123 - 30 seconds
      High Knees Arms Out - 30 seconds
      Switch Kicks - 30 seconds
      Hit the Floor - 30 seconds
      S-S Floor Hops - 30 seconds
      Then repeat @ moderate level
      Then repeat @ max level
      30 second rest
      STRETCH
      5 minute - I wont go into details…
      30 second rest
      CIRCUIT 1
      Pedal/Power Lunges - 45 seconds
      Ski Abs/Push Up Jacks/In & Out Abs/Oblique Push Ups - 45 seconds
      Power Strikes - 45 seconds
      Frog Jumps - 45 seconds
      30 second rest
      Repeat the same exercises from the last circuit
      30 second rest
      Repeat the circuit again and add
      Football Runs/Cross Jacks - 60 seconds
      40 second rest
      CIRCUIT 2
      Hook Jumps - 60 seconds
      High Knees W/Twist - 60 seconds
      High-Low Jab w/squat - 60 seconds
      Floor Switch Kicks - 60 seconds
      40 second rest
      Repeat circuit @ 45 seconds per exercise
      30 second rest
      Repeat circuit again @ 45 seconds per exercise and add
      1-2-3 Jab Across - 60 seconds
      30 second rest
      CIRCUIT 3
      Side Suicide Jumps - 45 seconds
      Squat Hooks - 45 seconds
      Full Body Drill - 45 seconds
      Plank Punches - 45 seconds
      30 second rest
      Repeat circuit
      30 second rest
      Repeat circuit
      60 second rest
      STRETCH
      3 minute cool down

          Has anyone tried mixing this up with a boxing workout? I want to start doing this because it sounds like it would be great endurance training but I want to make sure I do this and still box. Suggestions?

              Do you feel it has helped with your overall endurance and stamina for boxing? Do you use that as your cardio alone or do you still run on top of the program?

              Also, are you guys following the nutrition guide that they provide?

                  Sorry for not keeping this thread going... Just haven't been on this site... I was still having knee issues and couldn't really finish the program...

                  I finished off @ 176.6 after starting 200.8... I feel good about it but, I know I have a long way to go to get in "great" shape...

                  I would suggest INSANITY to anyone looking to get in the best shape of their life... If you have a knee issue like me, I might not suggest it though... This program is definitely not for everyone...

                      And me being the idiot started INSANITY all over yesterday... I love it...

                      This time I'm mixing in some running and bag work... Also my usual basketball on Thursdays... Hope the knee holds up...
