    Day 4 - Cardio Recovery...

"Easy" day... Mostly stretching... Don't be confused though, I definitely broke a sweat in this stetching routine... And it worked great... I'm barely sore anymore from not being able to walk straight yesterday... I'm actually thinking about going to play basketball tonight but I'm a little weary since tomorrow is PURE CARDIO!

Insanity is a beast of a workout. The warmup was even hard. I've done P90X and it has nothing on Insanity. Which is crazy because Insanity really is nothing more than exercises you've done during Football, basketball or some other sport training. But put together with those short breaks makes it hell. Eat right and do it and you can't help but see results. I know I did and I was eating crappy while on it. The greatest part is that anyone really can do it(at their own pace). I literally have my 2 kids 5 and 11 doing with me when I do it. Keep it up! Make sure you take before and after pictures and measurements(weight/body fat).

That's why you don't do it everyday. Doing it every other day is good or when you knew you had a big meal, either run that night or the next morning or night.

I've always been critical of these infomercial workouts myself... Until I tried this one... Please don't knock this one until you try it... I promise it's the hardest workout I've ever done...
