Of course yes. In my opinion the only fighters who can be considered undoubtedly clean are those who does full-year random testing. For others there is no reason not to juice. For example look to Vladimir Klitschko and remeber his contracts about doping-testing. How can you believe that he is clean? All the same with other fighters who doesn't undrgo full-year random tests.

then the casinos got in their ear. then it all sort of went away

dude put roughly 15% of his blood volume worth of saline into his system on the eve of the pacquiao fight. maybe even more. if you don't suspect him of doping you're f#cking nuts.
Of course USADA grants TUE's you moron. Stop embarrassing yourself.

NSAC complained because the fight was under their jurisdiction and felt USADA was taking over. Mayweather didn't need a TUE from NSAC because it's perfectly legal to use an IV under NSAC rules. He needed it for USADA.

750ml of water weighs a mere 1.6lbs, stop acting like he was given a bathtub full you idiot.

Bob Bennett (who worked for the FBI before assuming his present position as executive director of the Nevada State Athletic Commission) has this to say: “The TUE for Mayweather’s IV - and the IV was administered at Floyd’s house, not in a medical facility, and wasn’t brought to our attention at the time - was totally unacceptable. I’ve made it clear to Travis Tygart that this should not happen again. We have the sole authority to grant any and all TUEs in the state of Nevada. USADA is a drug-testing agency. USADA should not be granting waivers and exemptions. Not in this state. We are less than pleased that USADA acted the way it did.”

            whatever you say

As i said the fight was under NSAC jurisdiction and they felt USADA was taking over. The TUE was for USADA's rules.

"USADA also allows athletes to apply for and obtain a the****utic use exemptions (TUEs) when a legitimate medical need for a prohibited substance exists. The USADA TUE process is consistent with the WADA International Standard for The****utic Use Exemptions. TUE applications are reviewed by a TUE Committee consisting of independent doctors and medical experts. The TUE process varies depending on competition level. USADA's TUE process is considered strict, and a TUE is not always granted for applications."

                USADA doesn't grant TUE's though.

great question, in my opinion they shouldnt. Cheating is a terrible thing to do, it seems in boxing that these guys get a slap on the wrist when they cheat and are back in action within a year or so. Should be ban for life if caught cheating with irrefutable evidence, may say thats harsh but its the only way to stop people doing it and clean up the sport
