Just look at their opponents and see to which weight they rehydrate, and then you'll know what I'm talking about, if you are outweighed by 10-15 pounds on fight night in 90% of ur fights then u r not fighting at ur natural weight.
Plus when all fighters move up to a new weight class they are smaller than their opponents, but with time they can grow a bit into the new weight, they just have to be willing, Hopkins moved up at to 175 from 160 at almost 40 years old, and don't tell me he's naturally a big 160 pounder cuz it's not only about him, it's about the opponents too, when u move up ur opponents are also much bigger, hit much harder, stronger and with a better chin that the ones u r accustomed to, so u need to make adjustments. GGG unfortunatley is just not willing to do that at the moment, hope he does in the future after he makes a couple of good easy paydays at 160.
