Did you not read the article? That is what the lawsuit says. Unlike you, I actually have a masters degree in business and the lawsuit implies a rather Classic case if true.

STFU. When your very 1st post on this thread is about me & not the topic at hand, you have no room to say anything.

Which is why Bob Arum will not win.

Al Haymon is a manager. The promotional companies of the fighters are beating Top Rank in bidding wars.

Essentially what Arum is trying to do is piece the veil and prove that Al Haymon is behind the management and promotion of the fighters.

Haymon is not a promoter. Haymon is an advisor. Advisors do not pay fighters, fighters pay advisors. Promoters pay fighters. Haymon paid Chavez. Haymon was acting as a promoter in violation of the Ali Act.

Advisors and managers are prohibited by the Ali Act from acting as promoters at the same time as it would be a major conflict of interest.

Suit claims a manager paying "purse" is against Ali Act (which it is). #boxing

Most of Uncle Al's funds are deposited in the Cayman Islands and Swiss bank accounts, he knows he's OK.

So concerning the picture of the check. The bottom one was for the fight and the top one was an additional 1.7 from Haymon Sports LLC to Chavez Jnr Promotions
