First thing that came to mind. When you feel the walls closing in you better fight to survive.

If a monopoly is created because TR/HBO do not want to pay people as much as another company, that is just too bad.

Why can't they just pay more?
Al Haymon exposed , slave contracts on his fighters Must Watch.

He's Broner, LSC and Stevenson. Wow, I'm sure Golden Boy and Top Rank are ****ting bricks right now alright, they have nothing comparable to that star power at all... Arum's been doing this for 50 years and every major player in boxing aside from Vladimir and Canelo (neither PBC/Haymon btw) went through and actually STARTED their careers with Top Rank. Floyd, Manny, Cotto but yeah they should be scared of Haymon who was already sued up the ass in the music business, lost and got kicked out entirely lol.

Meanwhile, Arum has obviously been working on this lawsuit for a while and considering he went to Harvard and actually earned a law degree, I'll put my money on the Bobfather.
Haymon has 2 degrees from Harvard as well, not that that means anything.

Why are you so sure what Al is doing is illegal? Just because Bob sued him? Because he got sued in the music business?

As usual, avoids the question. Your use of the word "overpaying" is ridiculous.

This video doesn't make Haymon guilty of anything, although I think fighters could be making a mistake signing a contract that allows Al to approve a fight.

Maybe Haymon and PBC can bring their anti-trust exemption to court as evidence. What's that? He doesn't have an anti-trust exemption? Oh, in that case, bye bye Al Haymon.

First of all, Haymon never bids in a purse bid as he is not a promoter.

Second, the money that Haymon does use is provided by investors.

Finally, no promoter uses his own personal fortune in his business dealings. He uses his corporate money. That is why he has a personal fortune in the first place.

Al's degree's came from economics if I remember correctly, we know he's good at that. But, like in the music business he obviously doesn't know much about that law.

Also, it's illegal because of the check. Whether I agree with the law or not is one thing, but it is in fact illegal what he did. As for holding dates and cancelling to screw promoters, I have no clue if that's illegal or not. But Bob seems to think it is and I'm going to believe that.

Besides, I'm not giving Haymon any benefit of the doubt. Has he bee sued before? Yes. Has he lost before? Yes. Did he do things illegal before? Yes. Is it why he was sued? Yes.

If it walks and looks like a duck... it's Al Haymon. Just common sense.

That was in regards to him overpaying fighters. Don't know if it was you or someone else.

He owns the WBO..thats not illegal? Hes guilty of all the things hes suing Haymon for. As a fan of the sport, i cant side with anything Bob represents and i hope he gets counter sued.
lol no....... The first one to say anything was floyd. He first said "pacquiao needs to be drug tested" then after pacquiao agrees, floyd says: "we dont do bussiness with arum, pacquiao can join TMT, fight for me and then we can make the fight happen"

Not only was that, but haymon have been stealing fighters from golden boy and bob arum. You really wanna work with some1 whos stealling ur fighters? GTFOH

Did u already forget all that? Or you only remember things that benefit ur agurments?

Bob said he wont do bussiness with haymon AFTER floyds excuses in 2009-2010. If they dont wanna work with u why would u wanna work with them? bob is older, more experienced and been in the bussiness longer than haymon.... he doesnt have to beg any1 for truces n ****.

OK, so you are not giving Haymon the benefit of the doubt and do not know if what was done is illegal, but are agreeing with Bob because Haymon has been sued before and lost.

Bob has sued people before and lost, does that count for anything?

We will see how it turns out.
