I had it 4-2 for Manny after 6. I gave Floyd the 1st and 5th. I gave Manny 2, 3,4, and 6. He was the aggressor and trying to force the fight. They were even in punching at that point. Floyd's running and holding should've cost him. What you have to consider, is that Floyd couldn't hit Manny cleanly either. When he did land, they were single shots. When Manny landed they were combos. Effective combos, so who do you give those rounds to? The judges were blind as hell and paid off.

I am going to have to sit down and watch the fight again. I had the same score two of the judges did, which was 116-112. One punch at a time with exceptional defense has always been Floyd's game.

No one can expect any fighter to get the nod on the scorecards when Floyd throws more punches than his opponent especially Manny Pacquiao being that he Is known for his offense.

He was injured and was hurt. The shot would've made the fight a bit better. Floyd would still win, but it wouldn't be a boring fight as many have protested.

I will say...that watching how Pac fought the first 3 rounds...I didn't think he would win the fight.

So injured or not, I don't think he would've beat Floyd with that gameplan.

Can't freakin box with him to win...he needs to pressure him.

Agree. The first 3 rounds we're a bit painful to watch, those rounds usually belongs to the aggressor and Manny took way too long to pounce his attack.


After round 6 though, Pacquiao was sapped, and this was after his best rounds (4 & 6) he lacked movement and wasn't throwing with conviction.

pacquiao doesn't have the style to beat floyd. Imo Floyd beats Manny in 2010 but it would have been a more exciting fight
