No. But you are supposed to call him out for it same as you do fighters you don't like. Your not supposed to justify it.

Face it-GGG is no different than any fighter-he wants big paydays over big challenges.

      2. This would not be a ppv fight and the highest HBO pays for a non ppv even is $2.75 million to be split up amongst both fighters with the A-Side usually taking the bulk.
      3. Ward is not going to accept the fight even if he could because in HBO's eyes he's not the marquee name in this equation, while the public may argue differently it's not the public who handles the numbers and the views for each guys fights paints a different story than the public would believe.
      4. Ward would be smarter to fight Chavez jr and take away his fans first
      5. Gennady would be smart to fight cotto or canelo and improve his ticket sales.
      6. HBO would be absolutely ****** to let this fight happen before it's ppv worthy.
      7. Neither guy has had a ppv bout and those names i mentioned would put them on ppv before they face each other.

stopped reading after number 1 ... Are u a fan or a groupie because you sound like a hurt nuthugger saying "ward cant fight" .. that statement makes anything u post not worthy or reading no more, your thoughts are dismissed. Moving on.

Kev Loeffler: The question we must ask ourselves is this: Can Andre Ward sell out any arena in the United States like Sam Soliman can sell out any arena, and even stadiums, in Australia? The truth is, Soliman has a whole continent behind him, while Andre Ward struggles to get his own country to support him. So who do you think is the best choice, financially, for my client?

Translation: ward is too good and likely beats the crap out of GGG and halts the hype train. Soliman gets us another easy ko and the train keeps rolling along.

imagine the outrage if floyd says he doesnt see "financial sense" in anybody, he would get devoured, 40 pages would be up right now.. The double standard this bum recieves is amazing. He is blatantly ducking ward to fight another bum, sam soliman, yet this is supposed to be the boggeyman of boxing. Another HBO hyped bum train ,and its only a matter of time before it crashes and burns. ward would wipe this bum out 12 rounds to 0 .. All them wild swings dont mean nothing to a skilled slick boxer which golovkin has never faced.. this guy barely sold out the tickets for the geale fight, meaning floyd can dismiss him as not worthy based on that alone, but the backlash would be severe .. Not this guy though, he gets the green light to duck at will. This guy is a fraud.

That's the point, HBO was off the hook on Chavez GGG cause that's a PPV. Ward GGG is not, and would be budget busting for regular HBO

First off, Ward is #2 p4p and one division up. If you think it'll take a guy like that to expose the bum, that tells the whole story, sorry alt. Hell, Ward doesn't have a win near that good. His best is p4p #10 who came down a whole division and looked depleted.

But anyway, who gets to make the offer here? A guy whose career high is 750k (despite superior viewing numbers), or guy who last got $2m for a tuneup?

what if cotto was to dimiss this clown as not making "financial sense" what would the outrage be.. Judging by the pathetic ticket sales for the geale fight he can easily be brushed off by cotto as not being worthy of his time... but i bet cotto would get criticized for it... This bum gets the red carpet to duck and be a fraud.. all the, knockouts dont impress me, go knock ward out you bum.

what would u say if floyd dismisses golovkin as not making "financial sense" .. Even though he would be right, be honest , you would crucify him... people say "its about the best fighting then best" well how come that standard goes out the window with golovkin.. he is a duck and should be getting criticized

Even though I thinto be willing k Ward is lame for not moving up just like GGG is. But, there are differences to the situations. First, Ward isn't to fight anyone at 75. GGG appears to be willing to fight anybody at 68 but Ward. To my knowledge, Ward is contractually tied to HBO. Outside of Kovalev, all the other top light heavys are tied to Showtime. So there isn't anything left for him after Kovalev. Where for GGG, the top three super middleweight draws fight on HBO and fights can be made with all of them.
