Where's Mayweather? Oh wait, nevermind... Mayweather wouldn't take more than $100 million to fight a "midget" who started his career at 105 pounds... so you know you couldn't pay Mayweather $200 million to take a fight against Triple G...

Only issue is, you can't say how Ward doesn't make Financial sense but in the same article say they want to make GGG vs Sam Soliman next
Now that just looks BAD!
How about just stop talking about Ward ALL TOGETHER, including GGG fans who started all of this by messing with Ward and mentioning Ward and talking about how GGG would "DESTROY WARD" Be Careful WTF you Ask For! It is unfortunately for GGG because his focus should be at 160 but his fans are ready to crown him THE GREATEST EVER already before he even steps in with someone the Caliber of Ward. So Ward is not picking on the Smaller Guy, it is the Fans and Boxing media who keep asking him about fighting GGG and Ward is just making it clear that he is ready to fight but they're not

As some posters said before, what happened to the best should fight the best. What's next for Golovkin? Soliman, Lee, Murray lol. What's the point of these fights? I think he already proved he was too good for these guys at 160 when he destroyed Macklin and yesterday Geale. If GGG vs. Ward can't happen because GGG wants to stay at 160, then fine, but don't serve us that "Ward can't sell so it doesn't make sense business wise bull****". Nobody here should accept that, no matter if you are a Golovkin fan or one of his detractor.

Triple G should tell Ward what ward told Kovalev.... After I knock out Andre Ward at 168, then where do I go?

Ward brings the most risk, and most likely beats ggg, but he doesn't bring the huge PPv payday that is desired for a risk like that..
Solimon, while not a huge fight, won't be the risk that ward is

I understand all of that, I think if Ward is smart he would WAIT and let this GGG hype continue, because if he waits and gets active, they fight will be Big later down the line which will = MORE MONEY FOR BOTH! Right now it is just a HBO Network fight it is NOT a HBO PPV fight right now
So yeah he should let GGG clean out 160 then if he decides to move up after that then you go after him. Because to be honest neither GGG or Ward is "REQUIRED TO MOVE UP". Neither is struggling to make weight right now I dont' think so clearly these are their natural divisions.
But yes Ward should go after Chavez Jr HARD who is killing himself to make weight and making catch weights at 165 just so he can fight smaller guys so Ward is right to call him outLast edited by sicko; 07-27-2014, 02:39 PM.
