Floyd cannot fight a man who has not and will not keep his word at the contract table. Pacquiao has agreed to all USADA tests, but refused to commit to anything for as long as he and his cohorts can spin doctor Manny into easier fights.

Pacquiao has not lived up to his word because he has refused to take tests that he previously agreed to take.

That is what is holding up the fight.

That is what is keeping the fight from happening.

Pacquiao is the man holding this fight up.

There is only ONE issue on the table:

USADA random blood tests up to the day of the fight.

When you accept the facts, you won't have to play games with fiction, Hugh Grant.

Stand up like a man and call it like it is.

If not you're just another desperate peasant lying for a pyrite idol.
Its not as simple as Pac refusing to take a test is holding up the fight. Pac isnt taking Floyd to court, just because he is being asked to take a PED test!. Floyd has accused Pac of being on PEDS to achieve what he has done and has put a question mark over Pacs career.

If Pac takes a test for the floyd fight it only means Pac is clean for that particular fight, it dont mean he was clean for all his other fights. So people will just make excuses if they are that way inclined....ie a hater.

ONce Floyd stops being jealous of Pacs achievement and the sooner he just fights Pac, the sooner he will get some kind of level of respect the way pac has got.

Heard Uncle Bob was not pleased and fight won't happen. Uncle Bob got Tim "Bobblehead" Bradley up next for Pac. I wouldn't mind see it either but Martinez offer more intrigue at higher weight.

Pacquiao looked good in his last fight ?
Pacquiao looked excellent. Destroyed Mosley, won every round and put him down and made him run. Better job than Mayweather's

Martinez was getting beat up until the TKO. That TKO was more about Barker's lack of heart than Martinez. Martinez was running out of ideas, was getting boxed out of the ring. Barker was doing well I thought just didn't have the heart of a champion and fight thru pain.

This quote coming from a guy with those sigs? Look at your sigs man, that's the fraud, ripping off fans who came to watch a boxing match and ended up watching a dog and pony show.

Do you mean boxers from the U.S. or boxers that fight in the US? Cotto has a huge following in NYC. After Cotto, I'd say Hopkins is probably the next most popular boxer in the US.

When the major sports network in the country spends hardly anytime daily talking about boxing, it's not really hard to see why boxing isn't that popular in the US at the moment.

Let's look at your simple minded disconnect of logic here.

If Floyd fans say that Mayweather is the best, its because they feel as though there is evidence that he's proven as much. Pac fans will criticize Mayweather, but Floyd fans will cite that time after time Floyd steps up to the best ranked and rated challengers and comes out victorious ... most every time easily.

If Pac fans say that Pacquiao is the best, its because they feel as for a man his size, fighting under any conditions and winning is still a win, and what spectacular wins he's had! Floyd fans criticize the legitimacy of Pacquiao's legacy because it is predicated upon finely orchestrated fiascoes against men who were no longer at the top of their divisions, but Pac fans cite that people said that Pac couldn't do it, and because Pac did and proved them wrong, that in itself somehow legitimizes all of Pac's catchweight fights, and Pac's fights against 5th ranked fighters who were coming off of the biggest losses of their careers.

One man, Floyd, is hailed as the best because of what he has done and continues to do against the #1 and #2 fighters in the world.

The other man, Manny, is hailed as the best not because of who he wins against or what their rank was when Pac fought them, but because OF WHAT PEOPLE SAID.

Pacquiao certainly has NOT exceeded the feats that Mayweather has performed. He hasn't even matched them in all fairness. Both men are about the same size, having a 2" height disparity, but only one of these men asks for special treatment with catchweights and the like.

Just because fans have been critical of Manny Pacquiao, and he has won(albeit under special treatments and conditions against name only fighters) to silence certain but definitely not all criticisms, doesn't mean that Pacquiao has done anything extraordinary.

When this point is brought up, *******s then fall back on the writer awards that have been GIVEN to Manny Pacquiao. They begin talking about what other people are calling Pacquiao, and not about what he has done to earn those accolades.

When a discussion comes up about the real merits, *******s begin citing what all the naysayers said before. They say incredibly silly things like "If Manny is an overrated, one dimensional midget, then why should Floyd need OST". They say this with all seriousness. They somehow have gotten the idea that because many fight fans have seen the limited nature in which Manny defeats 5th ranked fighters, that somehow should be Manny's ticket to cheat and not ever be questioned about it.

What else could they mean when they ask "Why would Floyd need OST if Manny is all those things"?

I've said it before and I'll say it again:

Its pathetic, but the peasants are just too ****** to be embarrassed by all this.

Not one ******* on this site can reply here and come up with legitimate reasons for Manny Pacquiao to be rated #1, 2 or even 3.

You don't get ranked in the top 3 spots for defeating men who are not ranked among the top 3. It just doesn't make sense.

So in what legitimate way has Pacquiao become a top ranked fighter in boxing?

Pacquiao's last legitimate win over a top boxer came over Marquez in 2008!

Where is the rhyme and reason for calling Pacquiao a top boxer?

Defeating men who have star power names doesn't mean they had spots among the top ranked!

Explain this with some logic, *******s!
