Pac passed every test ever, and people only accused him of being on PEDS because of his success in the ring.

And so you begin the glossing over process. I did not speak of any past failed tests. So why the red herring? You are not that clever to pull that off, sir.

They didnt accuse him of it, because he refused a test, so people will think what they want to think about Pac regardless.

People believe it because the only way to detect PED use without a test is to notice a dramatic improvement in performance without any new training methods being implemented. Boxing is a sport, but the training of boxing is also a science. There are certain truths about weight as it pertains to punching power and stamina. Pacquiao has defied many of those truths.

Pac does care what people think about him. It means a lot to Pac that people think he is so damn great he must be on PEDS. It is the highest compliment a boxer can get.

Pac doesn't care what his fans think. Otherwise he would have taken the tests to prove his innocence. He is content letting Arum and Roach speak for him and using major cover-ups and excuses to divert attention away from Pacquiao's shenanigans.

Floyd wont fight pac though, because he dont care people call him a chicken and duck. Just like when he was called a ducker against Cotto, he just retired.

Floyd cannot fight a man who has not and will not keep his word at the contract table. Pacquiao has agreed to all USADA tests, but refused to commit to anything for as long as he and his cohorts can spin doctor Manny into easier fights.

A man cannot agree to all demands and then live up to none. Floyd, like the champion that he is, has met EVERY SINGLE DEMAND that Pacquiao asked for, including the $10 million per pound penalty.

Pacquiao has not lived up to his word because he has refused to take tests that he previously agreed to take.

That is what is holding up the fight.

That is what is keeping the fight from happening.

Pacquiao is the man holding this fight up.

There is only ONE issue on the table:

USADA random blood tests up to the day of the fight.

When you accept the facts, you won't have to play games with fiction, Hugh Grant.

Pac does care what people think of him, ie the FOTD. He takes it as a compliment for sure. The hate he gets from some *****s means he has done something right.

People will criticise Pac no matter what. The guy was a freakin lightweight three years ago now he's potentially gonna fight Sergio Martinez at 150 lbs. Don't talk about that catchweight champ shi t, Martinez is the one who's been calling HIM OUT. There's really no one at welterweight. Welterweight was a danger zone a couple of years ago. Manny has pummelled the crap out of Cotto, Margarito and Mosley. Mayweather doesn't want to fight him. Who else is there? Tim Bradley would be another Ricky Hatton-esque mauling. Devon Alexander has no heart and can't sell a ticket. Berto looked terrible against Ortiz and really doesn't deserve the fight. If he fights Ortiz, people are gonna say he's fighting Floyd's left overs. Martinez at 150 lbs isn't the most legitimate fight because Martinez is likely gonna be weight drained, but hey, you can't expect Manny to go up to middleweight to fight him. Manny struggles to even hit the 147 lbs limit. He's a smallish welterweight, and Martinez is, I guess the way I look at it, a huge jr-middleweight/smallish middleweight.
