It's funny how people on here say that it's ok for Williams
to fight Floyd, Pac and size don't matter BUT when Marquez
moved up to fight Floyd, all hell broke loose. Honestly, I don't
if Paul Williams can make the weight or not because he should
be fighting taller and bigger guys. It's not anybody fault that
he vacated his title at 147 to move up. He should have fought
Jennings just to get an easy fight, defend his title and make
some cash. I'm sure if he would have stayed there he probably
would have had an opportunity open up. Paul Williams is just too
anxious. Mosley made the same mistakes by chasing fighters
that should be chasing him. Paul needs to situate himself in
one division and clean up.

Plenty of comp for him at 154, suppose he does beat Sergio to become the legit MW champion, why would either Pac or Floyd fight him?

They already have a good excuse, that being he is the MW champion why is he looking to fight WWs like us.

Sitting back in a defensive shell won't work against Williams, you have to take the fight to him and exploit his weaknesses while staying active and keeping him off balance. The difference between Wiliiams-Winky Wright and Williams-Martinez (and Williams-Quintana I) is exhibit A and B.

Pacquiao's style is perfect to beat Williams, Paul would be eating counter right hands and brutal body shots all night while his lack of technical ability is exposed further and he's off balance and constantly getting turned, hit, and aggressively countered. Floyd might get overwhelmed like Winky by Paul's 100+ punches a round workrate, even if the vast majority don't land it might be enough to get the decision. Not to mention Papa Floyd wouldn't be too thrilled about the southpaw stance.

Pacquiao-Williams in May needs to happen.

If the Klits want to fight Pacquiao they can too, if they can get down to 147.
