I believe it is up to the gaming commission to handle the steroid testing...

it's kinda like a pitcher in baseball refusing to pitch until they test Albert Pujols for roids...

If Floyd wants to clean up the sport, he should speak his concerns with the commission, not try and bring up during negotiations of a super fight. In my opinion, the whole drug testing bit was just a ploy to get in Pac's head.

The gaming commission does a lot of things that Pacquiao has usurped. Why is it that he wants to defer to them now?

If asking manny to take the tests was not a result of Paranoia or jealousy and truly an attempt for Floyd to clean sports in general, there would be nobody complaining about it.
He said "The Philippians has the best performance enhancing drugs". Ever since then, he hasn't said much. Only thing Mayweather has constantly said was "Why would he turn down 25Mill?". Thats it. Your gonna ***** over that?

Well according to history this is the first time anything of this nature (Olympic style drug testing) was asked of another fighter in boxing. If Floyd succeeds, this will precede anything after that involves Olympic style testing. When people look back, people will remember Floyd's paranoia and jealousy of a great fighter brought this into fruition. It should not be that way.

All I trying to get at and get people to see is that it doesn't matter who you like and dislike if you look at it without bias it is possible that ANY boxer could be on something. It doesn't matter if you believe he is or isn't. I don't judge him either but if asked do I think he should have taken the test I will say YES. That doesn't mean he is gulity because he said no. I really didn't want to take it there but you speaking on Manny's background and things of that nature. So I end it like this, Manny always talks about his belief in God but yet he has cheated on his wife multiple times. So that says like any person he is not perfect and has lapses in moral judgement. So why is so shocking that some people could believe that he had lapses of moral judgement when it came to steriods? His wife should be more important to him than boxing if he so religious.
Even more su****ious when a fighter that didn't have super powers at 130 all of a sudden get's them almost 20 pounds later and after 50 professional fights. Very su****ious. 50 fights (with a lot of them being tough fights) definitely puts you past your prime.

That is enough to get the jist of where the demands are coming from. Jealousy and Paranoia of an otherwise upstanding person and athlete. All this talk about changing the sport just proves how much bull**** there is to it.

                  yeah I know

but can you rightfully explain to me how you can conclude that they are both the same when:

Mayweather took 4 years to move from his last fight as a Junior Lightweight to his first fight as Welterweight

Manny took 9 months to move from his last fight as a Junior Lightweight to his first fight as a Welterweight

please explain how this is the same exact thing like you state I am curious?

Arthur Abraham's last fight, I thought? How about the spaniard they caught several weeks ago? Sauerland is a big proponent.
