here is what is true with this
1. while people here are up in arms about Mayweather usurping NSAC and asking for his own set of rules regarding drug testing no one said a peep about Manny usurping NSAC's rules but asking for an unprecedented fine of 10 million dollars per pound.
In all seriousness why is it ok for one fighter to ask something like this yet not okay for the other?
also why is it okay not only to circumvent the rules of the comission but those of the sanctioning bodies because as it has been told to us the moment Mayweather say weighs in at 148 he is in the pocket to Manny 10 million. That goes against the sanctioning bodies allowance for a fighter to make weight in an allotted time frame if I am not mistaken
2. one man, only one, agreed to all of the stipulations presented. This wasn't Mayweather telling Manny "hey you and you only have to test" no he was willing (and is willing with Mosley as well) to subject himself to the same stringent tests.
Manny on the other hand had no weight clause stipulation for himself. He did not state that he too would be subject to the same rules only Mayweather was subjected to this.
so again someone tell my why this was unfair other than the fact it hadn't been done before (which IMDAZED dispelled)?

I totally agree, But people would coming in with the "He didnt care to make weight against JMM" which is ridiculous because the fight is a Non-title fight.
I think Pac is allowed to get away with make stipulation e.g Making Cotto put his belt on the line at 145 while the commission allowed it.Last edited by Ray*; 02-18-2010, 01:11 PM.
