Manny has only beaten fighters that have already been beaten. If that makes him great in your eyesight then you know nothing about boxing.
Floyd came back to beat Manny? You could have fooled me. You will say Manny's actions are suspect but not Floyd's. I've given blood but not while attempting to make weight. Have you?

No, Manny should not have submitted to pointless tests for the sake of appeasing libeling halfwits with stories of mythical drugs that produce Filipinos with bulletproof asses. I never dislike Floyd before but now I do and I wonder how many others have joined that bandwagon. I won't watch him fight for free.

According to history this is also the largest purses and potentially the biggest fight in boxing history. The perfect platform for reform.

How about a 4-5 day cutoff? Around that time the body needs rest. I mean, Pacquiao and his camp are unknowingly asking for that.

Yeah well plenty of Olympic athletes have 'usurped' the Olympic style drug testing.

The whole drug testing thing is really irrelevant. Mayweather just wanted to piss Pac off. It worked. It worked too well. Now he has to deal with Shane Mosley for less money.

            1. How is drug testing ever irrelevant?

            2. What I meant by usurp was that the commission is dictated to by Pacquiao - who has set penalties for weight infractions far beyond their standard protocol for fights against Morales and De La Hoya. So why is it that he cares about their standard protocol in this case?

Don't military men submit to testing? Don't women boxers have menstrual cycles during fights? You dislike Floyd because you know he's right. Manny is making it bad for other filipino fighters because now they all look suspect especially the way you guys defend Manny's not submitting to random testing. Why would Floyd's actions look suspect? All he did was give Manny everything he asked for while Manny and his team did nothing but look for excuses for not fighting.

and I counter your link with this:

                    some key notes:

                    "
                    Is the hGH test reliable?
                    The current test is reliable.
Another test, in its final development stage, will be combined with the current test to further enhance the detection window for hGH abuse.
The concepts and development of both hGH tests have been systematically reviewed by international independent experts in such fields as hGH, endocrinology, immunoassay, analytical chemistry, etc. In addition, these tests are the outcome of nearly US$6 million in research over the course of more than 10 years.
Research was initiated by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and the European Union, and then taken over by WADA when it was created and had adopted scientific research as one of its priority activities.

Why have there been no positive cases for hGH so far?
The test was introduced at the Athens Olympic Games in 2004 and other major sport events. However, because hGH is often taken by doping athletes in the off-season to optimize performance, the test is most effective when implemented in a no-advance-notice out-of-competition strategy.
Widespread implementation of the test may change these statistics.

Is a urine test for hGH likely to be developed?
According to the majority of international experts, the blood matrix is the most suitable matrix for the detection of hGH.
hGH in urine is found in extremely small quan****** (less than 1% than that found in blood).
WADA is collaborating with research teams to explore the development of urine-based detection methods for hGH.
