Anyway, to respond to what you said. Floyd has the influence to pressure all boxing commissions if he wants to. He is an American. (Remember, he even wanted Americans to be behind him in his fight like soldiers to to their country.) He can start with the Nevada Commission. He can use the media if he wants to. And let boxing commission respond to it. If he is really into cleaning the sports then he can always organize boxing fans, those who believe in him to do a campaign about it.
Why would you ask, how many boxers turned down the test, when it was just offered only to Pacquiao and Mosley and not to the rest of the boxers. That is simply singling out that Pacquiao, that he is really hiding something which I see as very speculative and inconclusive. Pacquiao has his reasons why (some it are cultural--which the western world can never understand) and some people don't want to believe on it or respect his reason. So that's where everyone gets to argue, rationalize and speculate.
Thirdly, You might want to share to me your homework regarding Olympic Drug Testing, tell me if all the professional sports are using it today.
You asked me, what I felt when Pacquiao turned that test? Well my first reaction was to respect that decision he made, because he has his reasons, and I can never make any judgment on a person without any iota of evidence that he is on PEDs.

That is a real man right there in Floyd. Definitely a guy that don't deserve any respect. If the shoe was on the other foot and Manny was spittin ****, I would not condone Manny's doing that and be against it. I for one think manny should take the tests to end all this BS but I give him every benefit of the doubt for what ever reasons he has for not doing it. I don't blame him specially the way Floyd went about doing things.

The Civil Rights Movement started because an elderly lady didn't want to give up her seat. As with everything monumental that has changed in society, someone or a group of people decided that the status quo just isn't good enough anymore and we need to do better. The NSAC is the status quo and from all accounts, the boxing world needs to do better. We are here because we are supposed to be fans of the sport so we should all want everyone to be at their best, their natural best and when I see people come across and agrue against that, it bothers the hell out of me. I can't take anyone's argument seriously when they are armchair posting and arguing against science. Reputable people have come out and said the NSAC is a joke. Is Boxing going to do what Baseball did and just look the other way while it enjoys some sort of renaissance? Continuing to use the NSAC seems to be continuing a mockery of the ethics involved with the sweet science. Even the former commissioner of the NSAC said what the NSAC does presentally is a joke. All parties involved need to do better.
I'm not on the Floyd is trying to clean up boxing shtick that he is rolling with, but I will applaud him for proving for the rest of his career that it is his natural talent and skills that have gotten him to this point in his career. Undefeated and boxing's higher earner. I'm glad that I can do that for my favorite boxer, to say that he is clean according to cutting edge tests. Don't you wish you could do the same for your favorite boxer? As long as they abide by the NSAC, you can't make that declaration, you would be factually wrong.
