Yeah, what I came on to say. I am the biggest fan boy Usyk has on this site, but no way should he be above him. Lewis losses were bad, but his era was far and away a tougher one.

No way Fury or Wilder should be that high up. Look at their lists of wins it's pathetic .

In terms of HW I would put Lennox above Usyk even though Usyk is the greater fighter with a bigger legacy.

Sorry, it's ridiculous preposterous and ****** to rate Usyk and the Klitschko brothers above Lennox Lewis.

This must be a bizarro world version.

I have to imagine that Lewis was where he was because of the 90's vs 2000's thing because his resume is legendary. That said, resumes should not be the main deciding factor. Case in point - Vitali beats the snot out of Wlad any day of their lives. I simply could not imagine a single way where Wlad edges him.

Yeah Vitali had that animal viciousness that can't be taught, like Liston or Duran or Beterbiev.

If you want to drop wilder and fury, who are you putting in front of them in this weak era and why aren’t you dropping AJ too considering the terrible losses he has taken and weak opposition as well?

As far as Usyk above Lewis, if you’re talking entire career, then sure, but this is referring specifically to the 21st century. In this century Lewis beat Michael Grant, Botha, Tua, went 1-1 with Rahman, beat a washed Tyson and then got a fortunate stoppage against Vitali Klitchko in a fight he was quite possibly on his way to losing and then he retired instead of having a rematch. Usyk’s heavyweight run and beating much bigger men as an underdog while becoming undisputed certainly rivals that.

History will look kindly on Joshua’s losses to Usyk and Dubois??

Only if you’re a biased Brit homer.

when any article containing wilder is written, its a prerequisite that you have to overrate him and his power.

"Lord have mercy, could that man punch. His may very well be the most potent right hand in boxing history"

he literally ko'd 1 top 10(ring) ranked fighter his entire career and had a 33% ko percentage against top 10 opponents. its not the most potent right hand or most power in boxing history. how can you keep falling for the hype when you now have all the evidence showing otherwise?

also having wilder above parker and ruiz makes 0 sense. do they not have far superior resumes? oh wait that massive power wilder had against tomato cans...

I hate just about everything about this list. Lewis is #1 and Usyk is #2 at heavyweight. Usyk is great but his resume at heavyweight cannot be compared to Lewis’. Sure, someone might say “but most of Lewis’ best wins were in the 90s.” Well, fine, then don’t include them on the list at all.
