PAC wasn’t going through the gauntlet from 2005-2008 so why didn’t PAC move up in weight to fight Floyd? According to you, Floyd should have skipped three weight classes to fight Mosley so using the same logic, PAC was fighting at 130, why not skip to 140 and fight Floyd?
As for Cotto and Margarito who both being promoted by Top Rank, how was that fight going to be made? It took 5 years for Crawford and Spence to fight, were they ducking each other?
Speaking of a prime Margarito, I hope you watched his destruction at the hands of Mosley in 2009.

If Tank beats Loma now, Tank will not get full credit since Lomas best days are past him.

People are getting desperate... Gulable. Arum will not let this fight happen. Tank is protected and will not take this fight unless he thinks Loma is made to order, aged a little bit more like a t-bone at a steak house.
Just go through this mental exercize: Think how many times Arum has promised a fight of this magnitude and delivered... Think about the risk Tank is willing to assume. I hope I am wrong...
This fight is a risk for Tank. A very big risk because there is a potential that Loma could make him look very ordinary... Even if Tank sonehow manages to "win." For example, anyone watch the Haney Loma fight? Loma had Haney thoroughly defeated... You could see it on Haney's face.
Tank fought Santa Cruz because he was much smaller, and Santa Cruz was a hittable fighter with a good chin. Tank fought Martin because he is the perfect opponent to look good against... The only way he fights Loma is if Loma looks beatable and in his last fight Loma looked capable.

Loma can be hit and moreso nowadays than in the past. I think the fact that his defense has slipped as he's gotten older, but still gets carried away when he gets offensive will leave him open for a Tank bomb. If Loma calms down on his defense to not leave himself too open, but stays busy enough to have a higher output than Tank, he could pooooossibly secure a decision? I just don't see that now. Tank is in his prime, Loma is at the Exit door.
He may have just beat GKJ, but let's be real, GKJ has always been mediocre and outlived his 15 minutes of fame beating Teo. The fact that it took Loma 11 rds to stop GKJ shows how out of his prime he is.

Tank vs Shakur is the Best fight at 135,, Loma is an old lion that's been Beaten 3X already. Tank ducked Loma 4yrs ago when Loma arguably was in his prime... Its spoiled milk. Let's see if Davis can Knockout a young Lion in his prime, But No clowns are cheerleading for a soon be 37yr old man instead Wtf

I'm ok with never seeing Shakur fight again. You're only as good as your last fight, and he stunk. Stink, stank, stunk. Loma may be old, but I'm interested in seeing whether Tank can just wade in with no defense. He had absolutely no fear of Martin, that's for sure. Can he apply the same dumb pressure against Loma and get away with it?
