      If Floyd wanted the fight before it actually happened, it would have happened. But Floyd never took a fight he wasn't 100% sure he was going to win. That it the true Mayweather way.

          Manny was never in charge of deciding who he fights. But Floyd has been leading his career for a very long time.

                You really think that lol, was he in charge of saying I don't want to be tested until I fight Rios and then the tests Im refusing will be when I fight Rios.

                Its all so far behind and so much has been shown, do you know why they say hindsight is 20/20 vision, I guess in your case if you don't look its bag over the head time.

                    Why didn’t PAC go after Floyd from 2005- 2009? Those are five years that PAC and Roach waited for Floyd to get old. Floyd is 3 years older than PAC so it’s pretty clear they aged him out. And they still couldn’t beat him.
