Maybe you should do your research about Joe before opening your mouth.
I just did some research on Joe

Hmm, that's great. Awesome insight once again Captain purple. Truly you are a scholar.

let me know when you can write a dissertation on that Glen Johnson fight.

I didn't see him look old and washed up against Trinidad... That was how long ago? 10 months ago? lol

So he went from a still competitive fighter to a washed up bum in 10 months. I don't think so...

I don't see any difference in the outcome if it were 10 or or 15 years ago.

Calzaghe owns Jones at any age. His style just plain overwhelms Jones and Jones is not a good technical fighter.

Get over it, quit crying, man up, and admit your boy got soundly beat by the better fighter, and the outcome would of been the same regardless if it was 5 or 10 years ago.
I think Jones at his prime would have won but he would have had to dug deep to get the win.

I am fine if you don't want to attribute blame to either guy for the fight not going ahead a decade ago, but if you are going to attribute any blame whatsoever it is absurd for any of that to be aimed at Jones. That is all I got to say on it.

            Joe ducked Glen.

            Feel better now?

I could really care less because Joe beat Roy.

Actually, I will share this hoping to be clear enough for you to follow
and treasure this recent finding of mine:

I decided to go last minute so I didnt have tickets, it wasnt raining by the time the televised part started started and I got tickets for 40% of their value (and no hideous ticketmaster fee). I suspect I could have done better if I waited a little longer.

People in SoCal must think a little rain is the devil.

This is why I will continue to press the issue.

Both, do you understand what it means?

Why is Roy exempt from having any faults or having to face any blame from anything?

                Because you're a stan.

Reasonable Roy Jones Jr. fans will admit not a single fighter who beat Roy Jones was in his prime. Reasonable Roy Jones fans will not say Roy excluded from blame for an earlier fight not happening.

You however, are a stan of the highest levels.

I'm happy as **** for that dude.

                  But,
When ones wife is sick with a throat infection, its not usually a good idea to be out having a blast.

Trust, I wanted to go, but my wife likes to go too. Seeing as how she buys me tickets as gifts, I can't leave her out like that.

shes very supportive of my boxing habit.

I have outlined why I didn't blame Roy for not going after Joe. You cannot expect guy on top of the sport to go after some relative unknown minor champion. Good god, do you know how many fighters at around 168 and 175 held a status equal to or above Joe Calzaghe in the late 90s? You cannot fight absolutely everybody.

I am sure you had great reasons (I trust your decisions are supported by better logic then your boxing opinions).

I am just sharing my experience because I was amazed by the fact that you could buy an tickets at that discount, so next time you can take advantage of it. Ain't I nice? I teach you about oxing AND how to watch it cheaper in the rain!

                      Good night
