      Roy is...

Ok, washed up/not washed up discussion aside, has anyone noticed that Roy is an extremely nice and likable guy now? Maybe since his last two fights? Is this true or did I unjustifiably write him off as a delusional loudmouth years ago?

Like I root for Calzaghe and Mayweather to lose, I used to root for Roy to get clobbered, but now I am kind of rooting for him.

Acually they both have about the same ratio. About 73-74%. The difference is, that Jones has fought better competition. Joe has never Ko'd top competition. Don't say Byron Mitchell. He was a nobody and nobody cared if he lost or not. If he could not KO Lacy while throwing 1000 plus punches and almost landing half of them, he has no real KO power. Calzaghe only has (2) real Ko's on his record. Those fighters were : Frank Minton who was 26-21 at the time and had been stopped 16 times before that and Tyler Hughes who was 12-0 at the time but later was KO'd 20 more times.(I researched) LOL. Gimme a break. Calzaghe is not a KO puncher. I hope that is enough to convince you because Rjj will show that as well. He will know he has nothing to fear in way of power punching and will eventually hurt Calzaghe because of it.

Someone said before that Jones couldn't KO Tito, but I think that may have been because he tore his bicep muscle in his...left arm? I know he tore it in one of his arms.

It wouldn't effect his straight right which is his most effective punch.

I got a feelin that the fight will not go to the cards.

Roy Jones Jr. is one of the greatest boxers in the entire history of the sport and has a huge number of fans here in England, and also in the rest of the United Kingdom.

Regarding whether or not he is "past it" or whatever, of course he is not quite in his prime any more because, like the unbeaten British World Champion Joe Calzaghe he is in his late thirties.

However, if I was a betting man I am afraid I would simply have to back Roy Jones Jr. to win this fight. He is a class above Joe.
