That sounds reasonable afterall the guy is beating my ass for no reason at all why would he try to kill me, he might just want to get in some sparring or he's working on his left hook.

Pistol whip him for real? The guy is totally dominating you phisically and you're going to try to pistol whip. I wonder why no one ever thought of that before just genius. And here I am wasting my money on bullets when I could just use my handgun as a club.

it's sad to see this from another puerto rican anyway let me get out of this thread but before i leave these situations that you all feel are worth killing someone over you see alot well atleast i have and they have never ended with someone being killed but you and a bunch of others are so soft that it's acceptable to kill someone for whoopin your ass i have even seen 2 girls get it poppin and 1 girl was ****ing the other girls head on the ground and no one died but yet a bunch guys can't deal with it and girls can

i just want people to know , if you ever have to shoot someone , don't shoot to wound or whatever. do it because your life is in danger and it's either you or him.

This is true but with small or minor caliber handguns only using round bullets, but from .357 to 44 caliber, believe me its going to be felt even if the bullets are the regular round tipped ammo. The stopping power of those caliber is incredibly great.

The minor caliber handguns from .38 down to .22 also have stopping power depending on the kind of ammo. An expanding bullet (hollow point) would increase stopping power many times over than the regular round tip bullets.

nah trust me. doesn't happen all the time.

but with adrenaline pumping plus fear , anger and all the other emotions.....

i had one friend get shot with a .45 right next to me.

the slug cracked his hip , bounced off hit his leg and then skidded and hit his testicles.

the guy didn't even know he got shot. he ran to the car like nothing was wrong. no one even thought of anything until a few minutes later we were in the car and he was like "i think i need to go to the hospital"

my other friend got hit with 9mm in the foot. again it took him several minutes to realize there was something wrong with his foot.

my other friend got shot in the back while riding in the car. he was fine. he was just telling everyone else in the car he thinks it was a minor wound. he was talking to everyone up until they got him to the hospital.

when i got a call , everyone there wasn't even that worried. they thought since he was fine in the car that it wasn't that serious. next call i got he was dead.

handgun is just not strong enough. it'll kill you but it won't stop you in your tracks right away. human body is very resilient especially with adrenaline and fear , anger or whatever.

What if your gun is holstered, you are on your back getting your head smacked into the pavement, and the dude starts trying to pull your gun out of the holster? Right before you lose consciousness, you don't think you might consider it?
