are you really this slow??? LOL!!! yes, they found about the warrant after putting him in cuff like I said from the beginning!! that's why I said YOU treat all criminals the same until the situation is cleared!!! in this case, they found that he had a warrant so he got arrested!! BUT if they would have listen to you and not treat all criminals the same then they wouldn't have found out about the warrant!! holy shiiet!!! are you drunk today?

what are you even talking about?? "excessive force"?? so putting a criminal in handcuffs is excessive force?? I said YOU treat all crimes the same, meaning hands behind your back, cuffs on... UNTIL the situation is cleared.

I posted those jaywalking incidents to show you that a simple small crime stop leads to bigger things because the cops treated the crime like it wasn't a small one!!! if the cop would have said "it's only jaywalking, I'm letting you go with a warning", then the cops wouldnt have found out about the warrants, etc! Jesus man! LOL!!

            140 mini man > 230 hard case

Saint Floyd was so loved, no one, even his own family, wanted him around

Also, I highly doubt Saint George was the 1st person Mad Dog Derek used that maneuver on.

You mean specifically only handcuffing then? That also can be problematic. There are certain situations where cuffing is deemed appropriate and when it's not.

Tulsa City Council approves $20,000 settlement in 2020 jaywalking case involving two teenagers

TULSA, Okla. -- The City of Tulsa announced a settlement in a 2020 jaywalking case involving Tulsa police and two teenagers. After body-worn camera video of the encounter was released and went viral, lawmakers at the time questioned the officers' use of force.

In the video, two teenagers can be seen walking in the middle of the street near North Osage Drive. Officers turn around in their patrol car, then get out and go after the teens, tackling and cuffing one of them. Tulsa City Council approved at a meeting to pay $20,000 to the family of the teenagers involved

Of course it wasn't the only time he used it. Settlements had to be paid out to at least two other people for this dumbass doing it.

One victim was a 240 lb teenager who wound up passing out during it. But but but....140>240.

                  The pig pleaded guilty.

Being over 200 lbs doesn't mean you can withstand 140 lbs of weight on your neck, dumbass. I gave you like an entire day to figure this out and you are still stuck on stu-pid.

full arrest video... whole thing is worth watching but 9.45 is a particular highlight for the clowns who say he wasnt resisting lol, he was completely out of control.... throughout the whole video BEFORE he is put on the floor (on his own request) he is saying he cant breathe, then when he is on the floor he says he wants to stand up.... if you cut out all the build up (like main****** media did) and you have him on the floor saying he cant breathe it looks awful but its like the boy who cried wolf, he was saying he couldnt breathe when he was sat in the car so no wonder they didnt believe him when he was lying down, which again is WHAT HE ASKED FOR
