No. They both said it was murder period.

I just shared the link from the man who did the autopsy for the county. The other was independently done.

Also shared the link where the expert clearly said it wasn't taught. His own police force testified against him.

He was accused of murder because it was murder.

First autopsy said drug use was a contributing factor but that wasn't politically convenient so the system got someone else to do a autopsy

It also said it was homicide. The man testified that drug use did not cause him to die. Period.

And I don't know what "system" you are referring to. The independent autopsy was sought by his family.

Why was floydy saying he couldn't breathe before he was even put on the floor?

'At 8:13,: 2:30  Kueng and Lane told Floyd he was under arrest and walked him to their police car across the street. The officers then leaned him against the car's door.: 2:42 : 3:00  Floyd told the officers that he was not resisting, but that he was recovering from , that he was and had , and that he did not want to sit in the car.: 3:10  While Kueng and Lane attempted to put him in the car, Floyd begged them not to, repeatedly saying "" and offering to lie on the ground instead. A officer arrived and guarded Floyd's vehicle (across the street by the restaurant) and the two people who had been in it with Floyd.: 2:53 '

It doesn't matter. Two autopsies confirmed it was a homicide. When you know more than experts who examined him, I'll take you seriously.

Sure it doesn't... and why didn't floydy want to sit in the car? People make it seem like the officers put him straight on the floor, they wanted him in the car but floydy wouldn't sit in it and requested to be put on the floor

None of this has anything to do with how he died. You first claimed the autopsy said it wasn't murder, you were proven wrong, and now you want to pivot to something else.

                  Give it up.

What I don't get is you guys never trust the legal system but you take the finding as gospel for this case... the guy was struggling to breathe before he even was put on the floor (on his own request) and was described as 'out of control' by witnesses... at absolute worst it was manslaughter because if he had followed instructions he would have gone in the car... its not as if this was all new for floydy he was a career criminal he knows the drill when the police turn up

I trust two medical experts. One for the county, one for the family. I'd say that's much better than trusting a Magat cult member like you that is posting based on nothing but emotion right now.
