The hobble device was allowed to be used during the MRT, yes. And police were allowed to use it to tie the legs to the waist if deemed necessary. (Just imagine if they had hobbled Floyd, though. “That racist white cop hogtied that poor innocent black man like an animal AND knelt on his neck!”)

The police officer doing MRT is supposed to monitor the subject as he’s doing it until EMS gets there. EMS was called 36 seconds after Floyd was put on the ground, but they had a longer than usual response time.

George Floyd kicked at them when he was on the ground and they were giving him commands.

Those were the exact words of the non-white Officer Tou Thao.

He also said that Chief Arradondo allowed the city to burn, threw them all under the bus, stabbed them in the back and got them imprisoned.

Thao is scheduled to be released in November and hopes to tell more of his story. Stay tuned.

The policy said the hobble restraint device may be used during MRT. Not that it always had to be used.

Chauvin was heard in the video calling for the hobble device but they never brought it out.

I posted the Charlie Kirk video and have been defending that.

But the fact is that there were also two minority police officers involved who got sent to prison because of the poor choices George Floyd made. And absolutely, I will defend them as well. Especially since one of them played no part in restraining Floyd yet still got thrown under the bus anyway, to appease the woke mob.
