What difference does it make if he asked to be put on the ground and if he stated he can't breathe when they were pushing him in the car. Two different medical experts stated specifically that he died due to the pig's actions.

Didn't at least one of the autopsies not even look at the body? First autopsy said it wasn't murder ,

Of course it's a reason, if someone is saying from the start they can't breathe they are going to take it less seriously than someone who suddenly dlsays they can't breathe when they are on the floor.... and again use your brain the mob wanted blood of course the experts were going to appease them, the summer of love was the most expensive 'protest' ever what do you think would have happened if they didn't find them all guilty? The mob would have hunted the experts down or at the very least they would have been labelled as 'racists' and spent the rest of their lives in fear.
