How strong is the evidence against it? What kind of research has Dr Huber published on the matter?

Excellent source of protein, calcium and vitamin D

What about the tribal populations like the inuit or nomadic mongols whose diet revolves around milk?

The mongols almost conquered the world.
You two might be the dumbest posters in this place.

      READ THE LINK

It breaks down people who have kept this gene mutation and are able to digest milk very well. Mostly people from northern Europe (genetically as well not just FROM N. Europe) and people from S. Europe.

Asians are the least tolerant to milk.

Besides the lactose intolerance, it's just bad for you.

She's one of many, I just posted that link because most in the field agree with this. Again, some have developed the mutated gene to keep digesting milk, but either way it's not good for you. It's a bad health choice, especially here in the U.S where milk is full of horrible things.

I dont drink milk but i love cheese, never had any problems with it. This is just one of those health scare tactics which attempts to make claims like people on earth are all the same

That map shows Philippines as blue, but I have never met a lactose intolerant filipino in my life.

It's not scare tactics, it's a health issue. You are right in you're breakdown though, I cannot digest milk anymore. I mean I can drink it and things like cheese and ice cream does't bother me but if I drink a full glass of milk, my stomach will feel weird.

Well since you never met one, then I guess you supersede the science. Who needs an education when you can base everything on who you have met?

I'm from northern Europe, maybe that's why I have no problem with it.
