            Yeah...that's true but I don't like saying it because I feel bad

            I'd guess the average forearms are 13 inches. I don't work them directly and I have 14 inches. But I'm kinda tall so it looks more like 10-12 inches.

              that website says it's 11.6 inches TENSED, which must be in 21 year olds... forearms thicken as u get older i think.

                    Also, today's generation is getting bigger and bigger. When your dads were 13 or whatever, they weren't as big as us. And there's some 13 years olds today that are pretty big. One kid at my old school in 8th grade benches 315 at 170 lbs.
