what you want to do is: sit down, rest your forearm on your leg with your hand laying off your knee, grab a dumbell of about 30-50lbs, and lift your wrist up and down, go to like 30 reps stop and feel the burn because MANN well it burn then do 30 more and stay consistent with this then you'll have the bulkiest foreman in your family trust me.

I already know most of them forearm exercised, I just wanted to know if they grow a lot naturally to be honest..

The best exercise for forearms are grip exercises, such as plate pinches, thick barbell holds for time. These work better than wrist curls.

hm.. ur sure of that, cos most ppl my age seem to have skinny forearms compared with 23 year old dudes and ****..
