        Sorry fellas just been busy...

I took a week off after I hurt my knee but, I'm back on it now... Knee still not 100% but it's well enough for me to push through...

Update: I am still eating good... I actually weighted myself this morning and it showed that I've gone from 200.6 (start day) to 180.6 (today)... I'm pretty happy with my results so far... As for the workouts, I want to apologize for anyone that's been reading these threads because I was telling you it was hard but, in actuality it doesn't compare to the MAX portion of these workouts... I'll try to update day by day next week to give you all more in depth info... Let me know if you want to know anything else...

this is why i didn't do it everyday. i incorporate it with my other workouts. all of those plyometric workouts are killer on your joints. people should only be doing plyos 2-3 times per week.

but cong**** on the progress! be safe mang

I feel you... But in actuality, I have a bad knee anyway... Had ACL and meniscus surgery about 2 years ago... It always acts up every once in a while... I hurt the knee playing bball not actually doing the plyo... BUt, maybe its was weak from all the plyo... Who knows, I'm still gonna push...

and you took a week off. thats great progress bro. 10 minutes before you work out, try rubbing some icy hot on that knee, that helps.
